Mark Wahlberg is in Mexico City to shoot the movie "Infinite"


The CDMX Government Secretary, Rosa Icela Rodríguez, announced the closure of different roads in various parts of the capital, from Saturday 16 to Wednesday 27 November, Infinite for the filming of the movie Infinite, starring Mark Wahlberg and directed by Antoine Fuqua to be released in 2020.

“It represents an opportunity to demonstrate to the world the cultural wealth and public space of Mexico City. With it, citizens of other countries will realize how beautiful and livable (sic) it is, and the spaces to visit, "said the official.



In addition, he specified that the filming of the film will generate for the capital an economic spill of between 200 and 250 million pesos, as well as the hiring of about 600 Mexicans infinite (film) who will be part of the staff of the film, originally made up of 70 people of different nationalities.

For his part, the head of the Ministry of Culture, José Alfonso Suárez del Real, indicated that the pairing between the city and the two personalities who head the film, will consolidate the city as the "cultural capital of cinematography".
